Before you get started with your order, we recommend you educate yourself. We'll do all we can to walk you through the process and make it as smooth as it can be, but applied knowledge is wisdom. Wisdom leads to good decisions.

it's as easy as 1-2-3

Step One

The process is simple. First, customer emails copy of their business logo in order to make a design proof of their label. We will create a sample design label and send it for customer review and approval. This process normally takes about 5 to 7 days.

step two

After label approval, we request confirmation of the order with a 50% deposit (unless otherwise agreed upon). After receipt of deposit we print labels and place on each water-filled bottle and package for delivery. This process generally takes about two weeks from date of label approval.

step three

After production is completed we ship direct to customer at which time the balance of the order is due.  For some specific answers, see our FAQ page.

overall:

The entire process only takes about two to three weeks unless a rush order is requested, upon which we can produce and deliver product within 7  to 10 business days after label approval has been confirmed.
